We are looking forward to the next time we come out here, and trying the other dishes. They don't have an extensive food menu, maybe in 3 trips, you would be able to try all their items, but that night the Dodger game was playing, I could see myself coming down here to watch Kobe, Dwight, Pau, Steve and Metta during basketball season. Very good too, hot, sweet, great texture. It was hot that day and we wanted to go home, but I urged + to order a dessert, she picked the bread pudding. Onion rings, nice texture and cooked well, pork belly tacos, + liked them, I liked them a lot.

We asked for a doggy bag right away so we knew the leftovers would be coming home with us. The chorizo flat bread (it's a pizza!) was really good. + and I ordered the calamari, I thought it was a touch over cooked, but we both agreed it was good. Seat yourself (it's a bar) and we sat at a high table with stools. I mostly (only) drink Corona and tried one of the beers they offered (stone ruination) and I really liked it. Lastly, not for kids, and don't bring your 80 year old grandmother here. Also, the food selection can be classified as bar food, not a bad thing, but you're not going to be able to order steak and lobster. To date, we have collected over $10.5 million to support the Young Survival Coalition, Stupid Cancer and Fxck Cancer-all of which work toward the prevention, education, and support of young people with cancer. Additionally, since 2008 our associates have been fierce advocates, joining in on the battle against cancer by fundraising on behalf of three organizations focused on fighting youth cancer through our non-profit Boobies Make Me Smile. Our partnership with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) to help protect individuals' civil rights has raised nearly a million dollars since 2020.

Giving back is a vital imperative for Spencer's, and our commitment has continued to increase in recent years. Spencer's is still a leader in the market, proudly cementing our brand as a cultural staple with one of the longest-running stores, including over 670 locations throughout the United States and Canada. We created a new and improved look, while never forgetting our past because, the truth is, some trends are timeless. Our stores changed but we always remain true to our roots as we set out on the path to industry-leading greatness in a subtle shift from Spencer Gifts to Spencer's. In 2003, Spencer's began operating under new management, further elevating the bar, and continuing down our nonconventional retail journey. We started as a mail order company in 1947 and later opened our first retail store in 1963 at New Jersey's Cherry Hill Mall, where we quickly became an oasis within the mall, offering guests an unmatched experience thanks to our unique merchandising and associates. We are committed to our guests' individuality and appetite for rebellious and buzz-worthy products that represent their unique lifestyle and offer an escape from the mundane. Known for being a pioneer in sexual wellness, call us what you want, but we are here for all communities to celebrate. Spencer's is the go-to destination for the latest trends, tees, body jewelry, décor and more, celebrating our mantra "Life's a party – and we're makin' it fun," for over 75 years.
